Security is not an add-on
Whether you pay nothing or the most, the protection of your files is exactly the same. All that differs is how many files you receive, how large they are, and how long you keep them.
- The same future-proof encryption — files are secured at the sender, and our server never sees their contents, in every tier.
- The same protection for each file separately — exposing one file never compromises the others.
- The same identity verification — custom domain verification is available from the Professional tier; the cryptographic protection itself is identical everywhere.

Before you decide
How do payments work and how do I change my tier?
You get the app for free through Microsoft Store, which will also handle payments and VAT for paid tiers. You download and use the free version right away; the paid tiers and their pricing are still being finalized and will be announced soon.
Does security differ by tier?
No. Encryption, the separate protection of each file, and EU hosting are exactly the same in every tier. Higher tiers only add volume (more files, larger files, more space) and convenience (your own logo, longer retention, alerts, support).
What happens if I exceed a limit?
When you run out of space or hit your monthly file count, further uploads are temporarily declined and the sender sees a clear message. You get an alert as soon as your storage fills up. The monthly file counter resets on the first day of the month; space frees up as soon as you collect or delete files.
How long do files stay on the server?
Depending on the tier, 7, 30, or 90 days (Enterprise up to 180). After that, the file deletes itself and cannot be recovered. Once collected, you can also delete it from the server immediately.
Does the sender pay anything?
No. The tier only concerns the recipient (you). The person sending you files pays nothing, sets up no account, and installs nothing — all they need is your link and a browser.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the European Union. File contents are also encrypted so that our server never sees them — they sit with us only in unreadable form until you collect them.
